Virginians Overwhelmingly Vote to Protect Private Property Rights

On November 6, 2012, Virginians overwhelmingly voted “Yes” to Question 1 and amended the constitution to provide more protection to private property owners. By a margin of almost 3 to 1,74.45% of Virginians let it be known that the right to private ownership of property is fundamental.
